About Jacqueline

I worked as a high school English teacher for 14 years, and then began professionally training adults for an additional two years before I decided to begin my own company. Transitioning from education to working as a senior trainer in a corporate organization taught me quite a bit about who I am as an educator and a human being.

This current transition has enabled me to use the skills and expertise I gained as a teacher and a corporate trainer and combine them into one amazing package. On the one hand, I have years of experience working with students and gaining an understanding of how people learn, work and grow.

On the other hand, I have over 16 years of experience creating curriculum in and out of classrooms for people ranging from young children, to mature adults.

I am happy that, in this virtual setting, I am able to not only make a difference in people's lives, but I am also able to help companies learn, work and grow. I feel more successful as a designer, creator, teacher, and learner now than I ever have.

Certifications

Secondary Education 7-12

I received my certification as an English Language Arts teacher for New York State and taught in New York City Public Schools for 14 years.

TEFL General Education

I received my certification as a TEFL instructor in March 2025, which gave me the necessary skills to teach English to individuals who range from beginner to mastery in their comprehension and usage of the English language.

TEFL Business English

This certification, obtained in April of 2025, gave me the skills to help individuals who need English for their professional careers, whether it is to enter into a professional setting, or to close a deal with English speaking clients.
