Strategic Consulting Engagement
This ongoing consulting Engagement identifies the issues behind the concerns you may have with regard to your training programs, onboarding, documentation, etc. After identifying the root causes we will begin making the necessary changes, creating the materials needed to improve in the areas you are concerned about, as well as go through a series of implementation and revision stages. The Engagement includes:

Details of any optional services, including the scope of work, associated fees, and estimated timeline, will be outlined in the Proposal you receive. The Proposal will be provided for your review and approval before any additional services are provided.
